Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have sole legal,sole physical, sole primary custody, i live with the child in PA, my ex has visitation rights , ex sees child once a month and ex lives in MD state. I got a great job in different state, do i need submit any papers in court that i am moving to a different state? thank you

Yes you do. You file a notice of relocation. He has a chance to respond. If you don't he could make you move back. Among other things.
