Re: spousal support The economically dependent spouse is entitled to spousal support from the other spouse if the two are living separate and apart from each other. How that is defined varies. You may also be entitle to piggy back on his social security. And, in a divorce settlement you would be entitled to equitable distribution of the assets, this may include his pension and any other assets that have been acquired during the marriage.
