Legal Question
Can my spouse get me for abandonment if she tells me to leave our home and gives me 30 days to find a new home. We also have two kids, in which want to come with me.

Legal Answer
Abandonment must last for a year and be without good cause. Assuming you own your home or have a lease with your name on it you can NOT be made to leave unless she files for divorce and then files for exclusive possession of the marital residence.
