Can they sue....
can I be sued if I am seen to be the the respondent to a divorce in pennsylvania.

Yes, As long as one of the parties to the divorce has established the required period of residency in the state, then jurisdiction would be obtained enabling the party to file a divorce action naming the other party living as in your case in another state.
