Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

You know taking someone to court for child support is a bad thing. It would give the deadbeat visitation rights. which with other single moms out there don't want that person around there child. So it's a good thing not to go to court at all

No I don't know that. First off getting child support doesn't confer any custody rights that's for another court to decide. Whether or not support is being paid doesn't affect custody rights.

Child support is owed to the children. Not seeking it deprives your children.
