I and my wife Americans living in Pennsylvania. In marriage, we bought a house, apartment or other property. In case of divorce, whether our property is divided equally?

Pennsylvania is an "Equitable Distribution" State which means that in the event of divorce, marital property is equitably divided between the spouses. But, "Equitable" does not necessarily mean "equal". The division may start out at 50-50, but the Judge then applies certain criteria which are listed in the Pennsylvania Divorce Code to the division, so that the end result might be a 55%-45%, 60%-40% division, and so on.
