Changes
My wife filed for divorce two years ago and I signed the papers but now she refuses to do so. Can she change the terms of the divorce from no-fault to fault because she has not signed yet? We still live together because I am keeping the house, but do not live as man and wife. I want to get on with my life but am afraid to do so in fear of her changing the terms and having to start the divorce all over again.
