Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My boyfriend is buying a car from my brother, but my brother had the title and registration transferred in my boyfriends name in December long before we started making payments to him for it. We started giving him payments for the car in the middle of August of this year. Since the car is legally under my boyfriends name does he still have to pay for the car? My brother is making threats to us that if we miss one payment he will do damage to the car and do bodily harm to my boyfriend also.

First, why was the car titled in your boyfriends name with out you brother being a lien holder. Yes your brother should be paid. Your boyfriend got the car so he has to pay or he could be sued. Your brother should be making those threats threats are bad at so many levels.
