Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My daughter was killed In an automobile accident in West Virginia on October 27th. She pulled out into traffic into the path of a semi. She was 19 years old driving her boyfriends car. She was not on our insurance and living in her own apartment. The truck company insurance filed a claim against her boyfriend for a 100.000 dollars. He does not have insurance. The owner of the truck company called the funeral home asking for my phone number. They of course did not give it to him. I do not think I have any responsibility in this.

You have no responsibly for anything. Your daughter's estate is responsible. That said I would talk to and law firm that handles wrongful death suits and see if you have a case against the trucking company.
