What if someone filed a judgement against you in the wrong county? Is there anyway to get around this?

You need to explain this a little better before it can be answered. Who sued you? Please dont give a name, what I mean is, was it an individual or a company? Was it a debt collector? Did you ever receive notice of the lawsuit? Did you ignore the notice, if it was received? |
