Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Hi me and my husband sold a vehicle to a friend and had to transfer the title in their name so they could drive it. They paid 500.00 and has a balance of 800.00 and refusing to pay it. Can I legally take the van back being the title is in their name?? Because we had a verbal agreement if he didn't pay we could take it back

Im a word NO. You need to go to the district justice where your friend lives and sue.

Next time record a lien on the car when you transfer title.

Good luck.
