Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I loaned a friend 2,000 dollars for her electric to be turn on in 2010 and she has not repaid the loan back. We would like her to pay it back. She refuses to reply to phone call and text messages and I was wonder if there is anything I can do to get her to pay the money back . Due to being a friend and she said she pay it back nothing was put into writing.

You'll have to sue her for it. Oral contracts are enforceable in Pennsylvania. It is not easy to do,

Your only option is to sue her. You may have a problem with the timing. Generally, you have 4 years to sue someone on a contract case. When was she supposed to repay the loan? That's when your 4 years runs from.
