Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have a painting business and started work for a man he signed a contract stating that he would pay 1,200 at start of job and 1200 when completed this has been a nightmare he paid the first payment after the first day he came home and said he gave me the wrong paint can I got color matched it was wrong color so I agreed that he would pay for half of new paint just to make him happy next day got new paint he was happy at end of day now it has gone down hill he E-mail and texted me all hours of the night over weekend telling me it's still wrong paint asking for past homeowner address and phone number and if I couldn't provide that info that job is on hold I could have been doing other work now he is refusing to let me complete the job can I Sue for balance remaining on contract

Of all the lawyers who could have seen your post you got one whose father was a paint chemist even worse he was back in the 1970's the President of the Federation of Societies for Paint Technology. So did the contract document the type, brand and color number (not name) that was to be used? If not you have a tough case though you could hit him with a mechanics lien.
