Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

a person wants to trade me his mineral rights for the house I am renting to him. His rights arein joint tenancy with 2 siblings with rights of survivorship. If we do this deal, do the rights return to survivors on my death or his? (Pennsylvania) Thanks

Mineral rights in Pennsylvania can be very valuable especially gas rights, Clearly they made you an offer you don't understand. Because mineral rights are recorded you will need a lawyer. First, to understand the offer. I know spending a few hundred dollars might seem a waste. However, if you don't you could end up spending thousands on lawyers. So talk to a lawyer and see what the offer really is.
