In Pennsylvania, you are not permitted to attach a person's wages for a civil judgment, unless it is for child support. In order to get paid on the judgment, you should go to the orignial District Justice office where you got the civil judgment and obtain a Writ of Execution. Apparently, you live in Johnstown, PA. This will be forwarded to the Sheriff or a constable who will oersonally serve it on the defendants. He will then take an inventory of the defendant's personal belongings, and schedule a sheriff's sale. The people at the DJ's Court are usually very helpful and will assist you in getting this procedure going.
