Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

my ex wifes husband became ill now in a nursing home, she wanted to sell his motorcycle for 5000 so she could keep making house payment. the nice guy that I am paid her the 5000 got bike and title but title was in her husbands name she said she has power of attorney but keeps ignoring my inquirys about transferring title.. is this considered theft by deception if she doesn't have power of attorney, or is this something completely different? am I screwed?

I don't think you're "screwed", but it sounds like its going to take a lawsuit to resolve things. If she doesn't have power of attorney, then you sue her for basically fraud. If she does have power of attorney, then you sue her in equity to force her signature.
