Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Pennsylvania
20 Year Old - Financial Aid?
20 year old male abandoned by his Mother and Father - some for good cause - but trying to get life together. Im his Aunt. Took him to Welfare, registered him for his GED - he just took the test - now the tech school he is interested says we have to furnish his parents financial information - by law until they are 24. So he will be left out in the cold as they will not contribute for him to go to school - and he will not be eligible for aid due to the stepfather's income. Help.
