Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Pennsylvania

Holiday Party

I went to my company's holiday party and since my husband didn't want to go, my almost 19 yr old daughter went w/me. During the course of the evening, I bought a glass of wine for my daughter but I had nothing to drink. When I went to work Monday, my boss fired me and said that was a stupid, dumb, poor choice of judgement buying my 19 yr old daughter alcohol. I bought the wine and I did not, myself, have anything to drink. I was driving, she was not. Did I really do something wrong or did they just want to get rid of me?q

Re: Holiday Party

Since the legal drinking age in PA is age 21, and your daughter is not even 19 yet, I am not clear why you even have to ask this question. You may be lucky that you were not charge with a crime.
