laid off
I was just laid off on 5/29/07 after over 3 years with this company I had accrued 104 hour of paid vacation time earned from the year 2006 effective to use 3/01/07 , the owner is telling me he does not have to pay me for this earned time, is this true? I assumed because the time was earned in 2006 and I was not allowed to use until after march 1st that this is due to be payed to me
