Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

In August we rented a place to live, after we gave our money 2 days later the property manager told us there was cockroaches we then asked for our money back and was told she had sent it already to the owners, but she was going to bomb and have it taken care of which it never was it took them 6 months to get an exterminator in and still there was bugs. So moved out ahead of the lease. Before this we had threatened to hold the rent till it was resolved which the Wife called and left me threatening messages saying she was going to beat me up and then got on my face book and posted on the front page that we was deadbeats and rent skippers, yes we had been late on the rent but it was always paid. Now they are threatening to sue us and all kinds of stuff. We lost 2 laptop computers, phones, fish tank pump, and a microwave due to the bugs getting in them!! We just don't know what to due. Do you think we have a case to counter sue and what do you think our chances are?? Thank you

You have a case the landlord knew of the problem and didn't address in a timely manner. what your chances are hard to say. It is worth talking to an attorney and seeing what can be done.
