Clarification to the previous question asked/answered: [Pennsylvania. Landlord suing tenant for damages beyond cost of security deposit. In addition to the repair work done by other parties, is landlord entitled to reimbursement for their own labor in returning residence to pre-lease condition?] So, if I am the landlord suing the tenant and I am preparing for court, I can include the cost of my own labor for returning the residence to the pre-lease condition. How is landlord labor cost best documented/supported for court purposes?

The question is what is the landlord's ti,e worth? Igf he flips burgers maybe $7.25 or if he's David Boies something along the lines of $750 to $1000 an hour. He's going to get the rate the DJ thinks reasonable. For the hours he can proved he spent on the project.
