I am being evicted at midnight. Is there a way to write a letter asking for 24 hours to pick up my stuff. I am leaving just need to come back tomorrow to pick up belongings

Who is going to evict you at midnight? Constable work from about 8am to 4pm.

Even if they had a writ of possession it should be served in daylight hours,

How would you get a letter to the landlord before midnight?
