A man abandons his handicapped wife and 7 year old son on Saturday. Lock out is scheduled for Tuesday, 4pm. She has no running vehicle, no where to go, and no money. Can they be evicted in the winter?

Re: Eviction

What this woman isn't an adult and the whole world should fall on their knees for her, get real, simply because life is tough at times doesn't entitle someone to remain stupid! Tell her to get an attorney asap to appeal this matter before the District Justice or be evicted....it's that simple. And if she can't pay the rent then she needs to find a place in which she can afford....ps...how about having your "friend" contact the Family court for child support now that he took off...but if your "friend" wants to remain stupid, she'll get what she deserves.

Re: Eviction

The wife needs to either get an emergency order for sposal support or file for bankruptcy to temporarily stop the eviction. I offer free consultations.
