A friend received a notice in mail from PHArentoffice saying they are terminating lease for failure to complete signature on lease.2weekago she had went to office to sign newleaseand landlord said she signed in wrong spot on lease the landlord had to go to meeting and told her to come back the following week to complete because she did not have time to get a new form.The girl missed going back to sign it due to work schedule.she has notice saying failure to complete lease30dayto move.They say she can file greviances for hearing over a missed signature on lease. Can this be fixed without court?w
