Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

My husband's mother passed away in March. Seven years ago, she downsized from her house to mobile home in a mobile home park. My husband is co-owner on the title of the mobile home, and on the occupancy permit, though he never lived there. He is not on the lease. We notified the park that my MIL had passed and we have paid the lot rent for April and May . We are thinking of selling our house and moving into the mobile home. The manager there has a reputation for denying lease applications if the transaction doesn't result in her receiving her 2500 dollar commission, and I am concerned that she may give us a hard time. Our credit is not great, so she may have a "reason" to deny us. Do we have any recourse, considering that, my husband owns the mobile home (free and clear), He is on the occupancy permit, and they are accepting rent payments from him? Thanks in advance
