Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I live in a rental property where the driveway is so unsafe. There is a giant hillside where the driveway is and the driveway is deteorating because of the springs underneath and falling off of the hillside. We are now left with very little driveway and it is very dangerous. Who can I contact about this matter ?

I'd start with the landlord. If he doesn't cooperate try the local building inspector.
