Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I'm living, with my girlfriend and we broke up. She is now trying to throw things out if her house, and I told her she has to give me a notice of eviction and that I have thirty days to move out because of the fact that she has been letting me live here and I have kids. I live in Pennsylvania . Can someone tell me if this is,correct

Yes she has to give you a notice to quit. Because you a tenant at sufferance, that is you have no real landlord tenant relationship. Essentially you are a squatter. She does have to give you a notice to quit she could give you as little as 15 days before she can file for a writ of possession at the DJ. As a practical manner you need place for you to live.
