Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have been given a notice of eviction for April 1st due to landlord did short sale of house, do I have to pay rent for the 2 months I will have to find a new place? I need money for security & first month's rent & new hook ups.

Yes you're living there aren't you? Why should you get something for nothing. When it means your landlord is getting nothing when you agreed to pay him for the right to live there. How is that fair?
