Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I have renting a house for over a year. My partner just moved out, so my landlord says we have to move by Tuesday. Don't I have 30 days to move.

And why do you have to move. Did you pay the rent for August? If you did you get to stay till September. If he wants you out he has to server you with a notice to quit. Then if you don't move he gets to file for an eviction. Then a judge decides if you have to leave. As long as you have the rent paid and haven't violated the lease he can't evict you.

What will he do if you don't move?

One thing he can't do is changes the locks. Well if he does he will be in a world of legal hurt.
