Security Deposit Refund
I vacated my apartment in April of 2005. I sent a letter to my landlord giving him my notice and to give him my forwarding address for my security deposit. Since then I have contacted him five times asking for my deposit. He keeps giving me excuses like he lost my address and tells me he'll get it right out to me. Weeks go by and no check.
What can I do?
