Legal Question

Son's girlfriend living with me

The lease and all utilities are in my name. My son's girlfriend has moved in with us and only pays some rent sometimes. She is causing all kind of problems. I want her out. What are the legalities of putting her out? She said I can't because she has an address at my home. But everything is in my name.
