Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

I started renting a home in December 2015. My lease agreement included a garage that was supposed to be available to me on January 1st 2016. To this day, it is still full of the landlords belongings. I've asked numerous times when it would be available to me and they keep giving me the run around. I've been paying the full monthly rent since I've been here. My question is do I have a right to break my lease?

Probably not. However, you could sue him for unjust enrichment. He can't charge rent for property he prevents you from using.
