can my probation officer disclose case information to another person on probation?

I do not believe that your probation officer should be allowed to share your personal information with another person participating in probation. However, you want to be really careful with how you handle this situation. I have had clients who reported on their probation officer and ended up having a lot of problems with them. I would get a lawyer to help you handle this situation.
