Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Is it possible to count sue post office for being a nusense for asking over & over for them to not walk on my lawn? Asked for about 1 1/2yrs & was told there's no law against them walking on our lawn or in our driveway instead of using the perfect conditioned steps they should use. After repeatedly asking I received a lawsuit from a postal worker saying he broke his foot in my driveway after crossing my lawn to deliver mail. Nothing was ever reported to me that anyone was hurt until I received the suit in the mail. How do I even know it happened on my property.

Presuming that you have homeowners insurance, you need to turn this in. They will provide an attorney for you, and you can discuss this with that attorney. Without knowing all of the facts, I like the issue that you've asked the PO multiple times to stop walking on your lawn.
