Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

depositions

What legal resource/law describes manner of oral depositions. F.R.C.P Rule 30 or was it 31 talk about it, but I have not found Pa.R.C.P like it where it describes manner -- such as that questions must be answered unless they are privileged or what else?

Allowed form of objections... Or does Pa. not have those and relies on Federal statues for the same.
