Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

Hi,

I was involved in an auto accident today. I had only bought the car 3 hours before. I was on my way home so i didn't switch my insurance over to the new car yet. I only had liability on the old one, but i was going to change it to full coverage for the new one. When I called State farm, my agent told me that I was automatically covered with full coverage for up to five days when I buy a new car. I need advice because I do not know how to deal with an insurance company. Please help. I greatly appreciate whoever reads this.
