Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

i lent my car to a friend. they had a accident and hit another car. but there not on my policy to drive. am i resposible and does my insurance cover it

Yes to both questions. You are responsible as you own the car. Your insurance should cover temporary use by another driver, but you need to (a) read your policy and have your insurer provide you with an attorney. The insurer owes you a duty to defend and indemnify you until the insurer can clearly make a case that there is no coverage.
