Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania

I had a thyroidectomy in September 10 and all was okay postoperative. For the last 10 weeks I have been hoarse and went to see primary physician and was referred to ENT doctor. Have had CT scans and Ultrasound of neck and soft tissue and also a barrow swallow. All tests have been normal but no one can tell me what has caused this hoarseness. Now I have read that one of the risks of having the surgery is surgeon can remove nick the parathyroid glands. I want my voice back and need to know if there is something legally that can be done. I have accured medical bills since beginning of year and still with no relief. ENT doctor diagnosis is right vocal cord paralysis.

You may have a claim against the surgeon. In order to evaluate your case, I would need to look at your medical records. There are risks with surgery. I am sure that you signed a consent form in order to have the operation. DId they tell you that one of the risks was a paralyzed vocal cord? Please give me a call to discuss this in detail.
