Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

We bought a house 17 years ago and just found an error on our deed. The deed dose not list the lot our house sits on, but it does lise 3 adjacent lots we own. The bill of sale and mortgage papers stated the address of it, its just not on the deed. The title company is now out of business, who should I turn to and who will cover the cost if the title company i paid the insurance for is now closed.?

Assuming the bank is still around. You can ask them. Most likely you'll need file a corrective deed. As for who is on the hook for insuring the title you need to ask the state insurance commissioners office. Again The bank could help as they were the ones who made you get title insurance in the first place. I'm sure the want a good title insurance policy in place.
