Can i break a contract to sell my home if the buyer hasnt met the deposit requirements in the contract?

You may or may not be able to get out of the contract. I am not being purposely evasive, but your question cannot be answered without reading the entire Agreement of Sale and determining which events will be considered a "breach of contract" and which are "curable" by the offending party. If the Agreement provides that the offending party can "cure" what appears to be a default, then it is not considered an "event of default" that would justify the other party in walking away from the contract. So, without reading the entire Agreement of Sale, no self-respecting Attorney could or would make an absolute determination.
