Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am the executor of my mom's estate. I sold property and have to split half with my brother. I sold the property and have to pay off bills. I would like to charge 10% for doing all the work in paying bills and all the work in getting property ready to sell. Is 10% an appropirate amount?

No. Executor's fees are set forth either in the will or by state law (statutes or cases) depending on the size and complexity of the estate and where the estate is actually pending.
