Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Is it legal for the neighbor to have video cameras in his windows pointed at my house and yard? (He threw a fit regarding the property line, then had it surveyed, then placed cameras in 2 of his windows). Maybe he thinks we walk over the line when he isn't home - haha, we didn't even care where the line was , he seems very caught up in this, perhaps he needs a hobby in his retirement. And our teenage daughter's room is on the side he has a camera pointed at, we are very unhappy about this, seems creepy.

The property line seems to be his hobby. Unless he send you a do not enter letter and you inadvertently step one his property it's a very minor offense. And he'll have to convince the police to issue you a summons. Then he'll have to cone the the DJ to testify. I doubt the police will get involved in the first place. After all there might be some real crime they have to deal with.
