Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I am a PA condo owner and I proposed to have a community wide yard sale to which a vote was taken and the majority of respondents said yes to having yard sales. The mgmt at the HOA is now saying that they do not want yard sales regardless of the vote. What part of the condo act applies to this potential legal action and how should I proceed with the HOA to enforce the election results?

Check the condo bylaws and rules and regulations. There may be something that prohibits yard sales despite the vote for it. If there is no prohibition, you and the other owners may want to ask the management to check with legal counsel as to why management is overruling the majority vote.
