Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I was recently married and purchased a home with my new husband. My name is not on the mortgage or the deed. I paid the down payment and closing costs for the property. How can I add my name to the deed and title?

Actually you don't need to do anything, If the property was purchased after you were married you are an owner by the entireties, That is your husband can't sell or mortgage the property without your consent.

You also can have a new deed drafted if it makes you more comfortable.
