Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Would I have any recourse if my home is showing up on-line as being a foreclosure with all of the realtors out there when my home is not in foreclosure and they had the wrong address of a foreclosure on my street? I am angry and have had enough of the embarrassment of having people think we don't pay our bills when we have never been late and also angry that they didn't get their facts straight. It's defamation of character on me, and they show the house at so much less than it is appraised out so I worry what will happen if we choose to sell at some point in the future that it would be devalued

When you say showing up on line do you mean at a realtors cite. I would notify the cite to correct the matter immediately. Also suggest you speak with an attorney to determine if there is some kind of legal recourse for the error.
