If I sell my house which is on my name, how much my husband will benefit, he never pay any mortgage payments or any bills in the house

There are a few more details that would help me give a more complete answer.

Generally, once you are married, any assets you bring become jointly owned property UNLESS you take special steps to keep it seperate.

In this situation, if you bought the house prior to marriage and paid all of the upkeep, taxes, insurance and mortagage payments from an account into which you alone made contributions, then the argument would be very strong against your spouse having any claim against it.

But the converse is also true. If payments were made from a joint account, then there is a strong argument the spouse has an interest in the home. It is then a question of how much they are entitled to.
