best way to sell three party owned home to 1 of siblings

If real property is owned by three siblings, A, B, & C, and C is buying the property, the deed would read as follows,

"A, B, & C, Grantors (and all conveyancing language)

to

C, Grantee"

And the deed would be signed by all three, A, B, and C, as grantors.
