Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Selling of a trailor under contract

My question is, Why steps or actions do I take, for a breach of contract? I made up a contract and both parties have signed and agreed to the terms, but the party has not fulfilled his part of the agreement. the one party was to have paid off the trailor by november 1 of 2002, but has not done so.. they have been giving us a run around and the park where the trailor is is going after him as well for three months owed on lot rent. the trailor is still in our names. your help and/or advise is greatly needed.

Thank You

Re: Selling of a trailor under contract

You should have your contract reviewed. Then you should proceed with your legal remedies. It is not clear whether you should bring an action to evict or an action for the balance due under the "contract". I would be happy to review your contract for a minimum fee.
