Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

sexual harassment?

several pictures of me were placed (in flier form) in two different locations (that i'm aware of) at the hospital that i work. if nothing was done to rectify my humiliation, is this considered sexual harassment and on-going harassment since now it that i made a fuss over it, i'm being punished and watched closer than other employees?
