Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Pennsylvania

Teenage sexaul harrasment

if i am 16 talking to a 13 year old girl calling her pretty and hot, and she tells me thank you, and is all flattered in that manner, is that sexual harrassment? If it is what are the possible consequences of it?

Re: Teenage sexaul harrasment

Sexual harassment is unwanted attention of sexual nature.

What you describe is probably not harassment by the common legal definition. It could be harassment under the rules of a school.

But also, you should tread carefully. You are of a precarious age and your contacts with the girl could be (and should be) innocent. But it could easily cross the line.

My advice is to find a respectful older man to give you advice about women. Listen to what they say, and believe half of it. If that's not your father, then look around for the next best alternative. Preferably someone who is at least twice your age.

Regards,

Roger
